He was very helpful(and patient!) in explaining or answering questions as I was able to stay in the shop during the process. My husband and I are of the older generaton and we find lots of ways to confuse our poor computers. I use two computers at the same time, and Shane has been able to help me understand and enjoy the benefits of Windows 7 on my new one with ease while he has kept the old dog laptop running for years--again now up and running and just exactly what I need to access this old-version on-line hospital for whom I transcribe! Then, beyond that, he has both computers tied together into one huge monitor, and I can use the same mouse for everything I do, saving me huge amounts of time (I get paid by the typed lines)--incredible!!
